Based on your excellent suggestions, we plan to do the following soon:
- Organize bus tours to view REO properties in Central Valley, East Bay and South Bay.
- Include apartment buildings as well as some duplexes/ fourplexes.
- Bring on an appraiser in the tour.
- Limit the group to 35 per tour so that you can see more properties at a faster pace. A small group is also conducive to closer networking among fellow investors and real estate professionals.
